If you don't choose Heather, you're totally missing out. She made the house hunting experience easy and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Since I was 6 months pregnant at the beginning of our search, Heather worked very quickly and efficiently knowing our strict time frame. She knew what we wanted and found us as many homes for sale as needed, until we found the perfect home! Also, Heather is ready to go to bat for you to get the right price, and wants to ensure everything is beyond your expectations. I wish I had more friends to refer to her since she's an absolute doll to work with and be around. So glad we were able to have her during our house search! Highly recommend!!

Heather was able to make me feel like I was in good hands from the start. I always felt like she had my best interests at heart, and was in my corner every step of the way. Heather's attention to detail and personal touches were also extremely comforting. I sold my home while I was living out of state and Heather took care of everything like it was her own home for sale. Highly recommend!!!

Working with Heather on both the sale of our previous home and purchase of our new home could not have gone any smoother. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of realty which made it easy to come to her with any questions or concerns. Not only did she sell our home for top dollar but she fought hard to get us into our new forever home. Heather was my Real Estate Agent on the sale of my home in Oakdale and the purchase of my new waterfront home in Oakdale. She negotiated both the sale and purchase with diplomacy and professionalism. She was available to me 24/7, whenever I called or texted she responded immediately. She is extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally professional and highly personable! She was always understanding, flexible and helpful through both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. She negotiated the sale securing an over ask price! She also negotiated the buy at 35k less than reduced list (already reduced 45k). She kept me informed with both transactions and they both closed with absolutely no issues at all. I would HIGHLY recommend Heather to anyone looking to sell or buy a home, she's a true pleasure to work with!
